CSP Zainab Bello Tifi

A daughter of the Emirate. I was born in Bauchi, Bauchi state in 1973 to Late Bello Tifi Lamorde and Mairama a Teacher. I remember starting my Primary School formally in Demonstration Primary School, Mubi in the 70s after following my Mum to different schools. We were given everything in school from Pencils, erasers, exercise books etc but felt we deserved more.

I have a Masters in Conflict Peace and Strategic Studies (MCPSS) from Kaduna State University (KASU) in 2015 and a degree in BSc Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University of Maiduguri in 1997. I did my youth service in CBN in Yola, Adamawa State and got a job in NAL Bank Plc, Marina Lagos.

I worked for a year in the bank, resigned and joined the Nigeria Police Force in 2002 as an Assistant Superintendant of Police (ASP) and have risen to the rank of a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP).

The Emirate is my home and its development is my concern. Nothing gives power to a people like sensitization, education and entrepreneurship which are the mandate of the Jakadiya Trust Foundation (JTF) , and my passion.
